Url is a recently new puppet character of Jeff Dunham that he created during the Covid-19 pandemic. He's an Internet troll and Walter's grandson. Jeff says that Url's puppet was one of the hardest to make, because he has a mouth, moving eyebrows, eyes that can look in all directions, and thumbs that move to make it look like he's typing on a phone. He says he's high-key vegan, but cheese doesn't count. Url seems to like Hot Pockets. He's in his 20s and used to live in his parents' basement, and now lives with Walter and his wife. According to Walter, his real name is Earl.
