The Dead Osama Bin Laden was a prototype of the now known Achmed The Dead Terrorist, He has so far only "Publicly" appears in a YouTube video where Jeff explains the video was a lost tape! The 2003 Achmed appears to have a longer beard and much shorter and wider skull, He acts much like Achmed. Jeff has explained in an interview that he was retired because the joke would lose its punch if the real Bin Laden was captured or killed. This lead to the creation of Achmed. In another interview, Jeff revealed he was made from a Halloween decoration.
