Larry the Adviser is one of Jeff Dunham's recently featured puppets. He is a nervous, jittery, cigarette-smoking White House adviser with unkempt orange hair, big bulgy eyes and has a cigarette in one hand. Jeff lightly shakes him to give the feeling of jitteriness. Larry is constantly on edge and is implied to be unnerved after having worked with Ronald Reagan, and with Trump for "just four hours". He nevertheless supports the president.
He first appeared around the mid 1980s, where he first served as the personal advisor the president at the time, Ronald Reagan.
He would later re-appear in the 2019 Netflix special, Beside Himself where he would now work as the personal advisor to Trump, the president during that period. It's has often been long-rumored that Larry would rejoin as one of Jeff Dunham's main puppet characters, even though he's not his main character.
